1. Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to all over Tamil Nadu. Note: If your location is outside our service area, please contact us to check availability.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Schedule
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days after confirmation.
- Standard Delivery:Â 3-7 business days, depending on location.
- Express Delivery: Available in select areas (delivers within 24-48 hours).
 Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, transportation, or supply chain issues.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment on our website or through our delivery partner’s tracking system.
4. Delivery Guidelines
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided during checkout.
- If no one is available at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you.
- A second delivery attempt will be made for missed deliveries. If undelivered, the order may be canceled without a refund.
